Practice that Listens

Rooted in classical Hatha traditions. Informed by trauma-sensitive practice. Expanded through movement arts, breath, and purposeful play. This is yoga that meets you where you are, and supports where you’re going.

Adapted for you!

This practice is rooted in classical Hatha yoga and the Sivananda training. We continue to study and integrate both Ayurvedic and indigenous traditions, while allowing for a personalized and joy-filled fusion of these modalities. We recognize that different seasons, and bodies have different needs for balance. Sequences are designed to meet you where you’re at, while guiding you to where you want to be.

Trauma- Informed Practice

This space is shaped by trauma-sensitive training and a deep understanding of how experience lives in the body, physically, emotionally, and culturally.

This informs how classes are held:

  • Language is invitational rather than directive

  • Autonomy is emphasized

  • Practices like sound and breathwork are optional, not imposed

  • Personal accommodations and modifications are encouraged.

Your body carries your story
our practice honors and celebrates your safety and healing.
