Lomi Lomi Massage
A traditional Hawaiian practice rooted in rhythm, flow, and connection.
Lomi Lomi uses long, continuous strokes with the hands and forearms, moving fluidly across the body, from feet to crown, creating a deeply soothing and integrative experience.
This work is often described as nurturing to both the nervous and lymphatic systems, with many clients experiencing emotional release, inner connection, and a sense of wholeness.
Maria is trained and certified in Temple Lomi massage by Donna Jason and Tom Cowan, lineage of Abraham Kawaiʻi (Kahu).
Reiki Energy Work
Maria is certified in Levels I & II Reiki.
This gentle, energy-based practice may be offered with light touch or no touch, supporting energetic flow, balance, and alignment throughout the body.

Sound Therapy (Sound Bath & Tuning Forks)
An immersive experience using sound bowls and precision tuning forks placed on or around the body.
